A bus will pick up guests at the Residence Inn hotel at 3:00pm, and bring guests back to the hotel at 9pm and 10pm.

Montclair

If you want to spend the day, or a few hours, in Montclair, here are some of our favorites:

Downtown Montclair

At the top of Bloomfield Avenue is the Montclair Art Museum. MAM has specializes in and has an extensive collection of Native American art. Between September and December, MAM will be presenting do it, an interactive/participatory, contemporary art exhibition. 

If you walk down Bloomfield Avenue, down the block from the Museum you’ll walk past Uncle Momo serving up French-Lebanese, Toast and Fusion Empanada.

Further down Bloomfield Avenue, you’ll hit Church Street, the epicenter of downtown Montclair. Look out for the art deco apartment buildings, pedestrian promenade, thrift shops and a plethora of food and drink options. Peruse used books and vinyl at the Montclair Book Center, try to spot Stephen Colbert in Raymond's, or catch an indie movie at the Clairidge Cinema. 

Near Church Street you’ll be able to find delicious Ethiopian, Mediterranean, Cuban, seafood, Italian, and Mexican food. 

Walnut Street area

Pop down to Walnut Street for a donut at the Montclair Bread Company and a latte from Red Eye Café - if you’re visiting on Saturday morning, you’ll be lucky to get the farmers market too. The Corner is the spot for a Brooklyn vibe with your Colombe roast and for toasts galore. If you’re in the market for antiques, check out Chameleon Antiques, next to Le Salbuen.

Uptown Montclair

This is the spot for the best sushi in town - and gorgeous parks.
